The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to Epicentrum Mall and the Islamic Centre. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were more than enough for our needs. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh clean sheets, towels, and a complimentary bottle of water. The effortless check-in process ensured a smooth start to our stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

The hotel offered a great package for the New Year's Eve celebration, including a dinner and live music performance. The food was delicious and the band was entertaining. The hotel's location was also convenient, being within walking distance to several attractions. In addition, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The room, unfortunately, was outdated and not very clean. The bathroom could use some updating, and the bed was not very comfortable. The noise level outside of the hotel could also be a problem for light sleepers. while the New Year's Eve celebration was enjoyable, the accommodations left something to be desired.
